• -Support warranty service repairs on customers new and existing homes, as well as additional duties when assigned.
• Always on the go, every job assignment and location -are -different, not redundant -
• Interact with customers, site managers, builders, sales and operations teams.
• Deliver and unload materials to new and existing home sites.

  • Great Attitude and a Team Player
  • Carpentry Skills & Experience
    • Interior Trim (Installing Cabinets)
    • Exterior Trim (Installing Corner Window Trim & Hand Plank Siding)
    • Framing (Construction of Walls, Floors & Roofs)
    • Ability to lift 50-80lbs (team lift when needed)
    • Ability to communicate professionally and problem solve
    • Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, crouch, reach, climb and balance
    • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent training/experience
