Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Functional Consultant
(HCM).
Key Responsibilities:
Participate as an active member of the human capital management
functional team
Design, configure, test, and implement human capital management
applications with support and direction of senior staff
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and end users to
ensure application system designs meet business requirements
Required Qualifications:
BS degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, IT with focus on
information systems or related field and/or equivalent work
experience
Previous work, internship, or co-op experience, preferably with
customer-facing responsibilities is preferred
Previous experience with computer software, business process design
or customer service is preferred
Passion for technology, innovation and continuous improvement
Demonstrated leadership experience in an academic, extracurricular,
or professional setting
