community we are in. ABOUT THIS TEAM Our Global Distribution DC
Support functions are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain
organization. This team is responsible for the overall Health and
Safety, Facilities and Production Control of our North America
Distribution Centers. At lululemon, a Facilities CMMS Administrator
plays a key role by maintaining the asset management & asset
reliability, by scheduling & tracking the preventative maintenance
& technician time within each facility across our global DC
network. QUALIFICATIONS The CMMS Analyst / Administrator is
responsible for the overall asset management, preventative
maintenance plans, & spare parts inventory using E-Maintenance, our
CMMS system. This position will also be responsible for helping
modify & setup our CMMS system with all assets & work orders in new
& existing buildings, as well as training new facilities employees
on the usage of E-Maintenance, setting up new users, defining due
dates & compliance windows, etc. You will also have the
responsibility of maintaining parts & asset data accuracy &
equipment hierarchy, as well as workflows for project request,
inspections, & work request for the maintenance team. You will also
report out KPI metrics of PM's performed, booked hours, parts usage
& inventory accuracy, & other critical data points, through the
reports run within E-Maintenance. This role will service the CMMS
program in multiple countries & across multiple sites.
- 3+ years working with a CMMS system. E-Maintenance experience
preferred.
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, & other
Office tools.
- 2+ years data analysis experience in a maintenance or
facilities program.
- Knowledge of preventative & predictive maintenance
procedures.
- Distribution & fulfillment warehouse experience preferred.
- Proven written & verbal communication skills.
- Experience writing policies & procedures.
- Must be available to work any shift, with possible adjusted
hours during peak season. Requires minimum of forty hours per work

Package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a
pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional
individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this
position is from $63,900- 83,900 annually; the base pay offered is
based on market location and may vary depending on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our
