Construction Project Manager to lead our new apartment build
projects in North Carolina. Join us in creating affordable, quality

Your Role:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects-from budgeting and
planning to execution and closeout.
- Collaborate with project teams, supervise field personnel, and
manage subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on
schedule, and within budget.
- Develop budgets, estimates, and change orders while maintaining
compliance with building codes and company standards.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and team
members.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a
related field and 5+ years of experience, especially in
multi-family housing construction.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, with project
management software experience being a plus.
- You excel at multitasking, communicating clearly, and leading
teams to success.
