Job Description:The objective of the Inside Sales Consultant is to drive new business to the NetJets organization. The core functions of this role are: lead generation, outbound prospecting, and phone-selling.

Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads for outside sales executives through market research within the assigned geographic territory.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sales interactions and opportunities within SalesForce.
  • Prospect through a variety of techniques with a heavy emphasis on outbound calling.
  • Engage and qualify potential NetJets Owners, a target group made up of C-Level decision-makers and high net-worth individuals.
  • Execute strategic prospecting campaigns as directed by sales leadership.
  • Create new business opportunities for outside sales executives.
  • Partner with outside sales teams to move prospective buyers through the sales cycle.

    In addition to the listed daily responsibilities above, the Inside Sales Consultant has the occasional opportunity to travel to the assigned geographic territory to attend local NetJets events or meet with prospective buyers in-person alongside their outside sales team.

    The Inside Sales Consultant is encouraged bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role to develop and execute original ideas for generating new business within the territory.

    Top-performing Inside Sales Consultants will be supported in cultivating the foundational skills necessary for further advancement within the NetJets sales organization including but not limited to Sales Executive and Account Executive.Requirements:Education Level: Bachelor's Degree

    Course of Study/Major: Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications or similar disciplines.

    Related Work Experience: 3-5 years


    • Excellent verbal and written communications are a must.
    • Must have strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to constantly changing situations and many different personalities.
    • Knowledge of SalesForce.com or other CRM is a plus, but not required.
    • Willingness to travel to industry trade shows, Owner and prospect events, and in-person meetings.
    • Must be self-motivated and results-driven.
    • Ability to gain commitments over the phone.
    • Experience meeting and exceeding a sales quota preferred, but not required.
