The responsibilities of this position consist of answering inbound calls from existing Health Mart Atlas members which can result in providing an answer at that moment, additional research within the internal systems or triaging with other departments regarding PBM contracts or payments. It will also require outbound calls to current customers to follow up on open issues, returning voicemails left for the department and partaking in call campaigns. Representatives are expected to provide timely and accurate responses and call notes to inquiries and efficient resolution to issues.This position requires excellent communication, customer service, time management and follow-up skills.Current NeedMonday through Friday 11:00am to 8:00pmMinimum Requirements3+ years of related experienceCritical Skills3+ years Customer Service within a call centerenvironmentPharmacy operation (pharmacy technician) and/or managed care experience/knowledge preferred3+ years of customer resolution involving research and follow upAdditionalKnowledge/SkillsEffectively manage customer expectations in terms of service and issue resolutionMaintain knowledge of pharmaceutical industry products, trends, and processesEffectively communicate marketing intelligence to Business Development, Marketing, or appropriate departmentEducation/Training High School Diploma or EquivalentWorking Conditions:General office environment.Physical RequirementsGeneral office demandsWe recognize that diversity contributes greatly to our company's success.
