Job DescriptionSUMMARYResponsible for supporting the
coordination and communication of marketing activities, medical
co-management, and clinical systems and reporting between CVP and
the optometric community. Also assist in the development of
promotional material and programs for CVP and the optometric
community. Demonstrates quality patient service during interactions
with patients, coworkers, and vendors:· Exhibits a positive
attitude and is flexible in accepting work assignments and
priorities· Meets attendance and tardiness expectations· Is
dependable; follows policies and procedures· Maintains
professionalism in interactions with patients and coworkers·
Performs quality work and consistently exhibits initiative
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Expand and strengthen the CVP network of doctors.
- Schedule clinical rounds for doctors to observe post-operative
cases.
- Develop, coordinate and distribute clinical updates.
- Assist in developing and servicing the optometric network.
- Develop relationship with staff members of the doctors
network.
- Create and maintain a doctor database. Maintain files on the
network of doctors. Collect data on referrals.
- Schedule, organize and implement Optometric continuing
education programs.
- Organize and obtain Grand Round credits for Optometrists.
- Prepare monthly activity reports.
- Other duties as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS To perform the job

- Must have a BA in liberal arts or a business related
field.
- Must have two years or more in sales or marketing, medical
environment preferred CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
