THE PERSON
We are looking for an opportunistic, consultative, and ambitious
Sales Representative who is resourceful with their time and energy,
smart, and hard-working. This committed and goal-oriented
professional is someone who wants to take ownership and
responsibility for their career. Motivated and driven, this honest
and humble relationship-builder understands our clients and is
sensitive to their needs. This trustworthy doer can close deals by
being a caring consultant and strategist, representing VisionSpark
well with potential clients.
This organized, and detail-oriented Sales Representative is
approachable, respectful, and purposeful. As a kind and positive
self-starter, they will use their excellent communication skills
with those they meet. The right candidate knows how to ask the
right questions and the relationship with the client. Striving to
establish a foundation of trust, our ideal Sales Representative
shows they care about the client across the table and is
personable, coachable, and a team player. Working collaboratively
is natural to this outgoing and efficient professional who values
integrity, faith and family, and being able to work autonomously
all with a great sense of humor.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities and duties of this Sales Representative
position include, but are not limited to:
Field incoming sales inquiries
Follow up on qualified leads
Prospect, qualify, strategize, and close new client scopes of
work/contracts
Consult past clients and identify lost client issues
Develop and nurture relationships
Log sales calls and notes in CRM (Pipedrive)
Achieve personal sales targets and quotas
Some travel may be required
This is a full-time position, working regular business hours (M F,
8:00am to 5pm) in an office and remote setting.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
2 years B2B sales experience
Demonstrated personal sales growth year over year
Experience developing relationships and closing business
virtually
Tech savvy (CRM, cloud, Microsoft Suite)
Preferred
5+ years of work experience
3+ years of sales experience
Experience selling a service
Professional service industry experience
Working in and with small to mid-sized business owners
Desired
Experience working in the management consulting industry
Existing network with professional contacts, consultants, and small
to mid-sized business owners
Experience with Pipedrive CRM

Salary : $50k - $60k base plus commission based on collected
revenue; expected additional $20k - $30K
