Must Haves: 2-3 years of experience as an Outside Sales Representative Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong presentation skills Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently Have a business acumen Enthusiastic and passionate Proficient in MS Office Education: High School Diploma/GED

Job Description: Training will be on-site and the role is a hybrid position
Central Ohio Territory (Franklin County and surrounding counties)
Uncapped commissions and residuals
Compass Business Group provides exceptional IT support and project management services to customers across various industries. We are looking for a strong Outside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service to fully understand our customer's needs and design solutions to meet those needs. This person will be responsible for communicating with customers and gathering information about a project's scope, progress, and outcomes.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, and remain in regular contact to identify future opportunities
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships
Present services to prospective clients
Generate quotes for recurring services and projects
Coordinate care between various internal teams during the onboarding process
Keep organized records of all sales
