    • Advance company's established strategic sales direction
    • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales goals on new maintenance & snow business
    • Navigate target accounts at senior levels to create large scale opportunities with organizations that operate multiple facilities across large geographic areas
    • Build and maintain a strong network within communities and with partners to expand reach and to advance the Brilar brand
    • Identify and research potential clients
    • Participate in industry events and associations
    • Follow company approved Prospects Qualification Process
    • Track all sales activities in company CRM system
    • Effective communication and collaboration with other company departments and stakeholders
    • Complete and submit accurate reports and documentation as required
    • Stay well informed of changes and advances in the world of sales, and commercial landscape maintenance and snow management
    • Consistently operate within budget and forecast
    • Always represent the company in a positive and professional manner
