Job Description:

Adecco Creative & Marketing is assisting a major fashion retailer in their search for a Copywriter! The Copywriter job is based in Columbus, OH and projected to last through 5/9/2015.

SUMMARY:

Individual contributor level responsible for writing creative marketing collateral, as well as copy and various internal projects with an understanding of customer and brand.

- Integrates written communications with display and graphic vehicles.

- Works with outside advertising agency and consultants on projects.

- Serves as primary liaison between design, merchandising and marketing to develop appropriate communication of project.

- Controls and traffics production of assigned project from art release to printing, coordinating information and corrections.

- Proofreads for clarity and consistency of style. Presents creative concepts.

- Performs special writing projects as assigned.

- Collaborate with art partners and cross-function partners when needed.

- Maintain record-keeping of product names and their accompanying info.

- Support the senior writers.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing or equivalent experience.

- 3 to 5 years fashion or agency copywriting experience

- Agile; Ability to switch gears between writing, editing, proofreading, and between different kinds of writing projects from CRMs to emails.
