We are looking for a go-getter Real Estate Sales Agent who is well-versed in working with seniors, or any of the other groups above.

You have:

--- Experience working with seniors in any capacity (does not need to be in real estate/experience working with sellers and buyers in any capacity shown above.

Responsibilities:

--- Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price
--- Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales
--- Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
--- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
--- Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly


Qualifications:

--- Has a real estate license
--- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
--- Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information
--- Team player who believes their success is the team's success
