Job Description Job Description Quality Engineer Title: Quality Engineer Location: Ashland, OH Salary: $70,000- $85,000/year Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained within our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with ISO standards Conduct audits and assessments of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to investigate and mitigate quality issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to management Manage corrective actions (CAPA) and preventative actions to enhance product quality Provide training and support to staff on quality management processes and standards Ensure documentation and records are maintained in accordance with ISO requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance roles Strong knowledge of ISO standards is mandatory Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and CAPA processes is a bonus Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching, relocation package ) and more!
