ADS Direct Support Professional/Caregiver - Allen County (Lima,
OH) Champaign Residential Services Our mission is to provide

$1000 Sign-on Bonus/ $1500 Referral Bonus - $18.00/hr - First Shift
hours, Monday through Friday - Paid Training - Additional Bonuses
and Mileage Reimbursement - Tuition Reimbursement - Part Time
Positions What does an ADS DSP do at CRSI? Assist, support, train
and supervise individuals in either a work environment or a day
service program environment. Services may be delivered within a
structural setting and/or out in the community based upon consumer
desires and programming opportunities. DSP's are expected to assist
individuals to learn new skills and work towards maintaining
existing skills as well as assisting the individual to choose and
