As a Warehouse Maintenance Technician at US Foods, one of America's premier foodservice distributors, you will play a key role in maintaining the infrastructure that supports our mission of delivering superior food products and services. Our facilities at US Foods direct the flow of a vast range of products, from high-quality private labels to essential foodservice items, catering to approximately 300,000 partners across the nation. In this role, you will ensure that our distribution facilities operate at peak efficiency by maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing both facilities and equipment. You will be a crucial part of the team that ensures safety, sustainability, and operational excellence. Perform routine and emergency maintenance of all equipment and facilities. Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them. Ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies. Respond quickly to emergency situations or breakdowns. Manage preventive maintenance schedules. Collaborate with other team members to optimize maintenance procedures. Strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills. Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in electrical or mechanical maintenance is preferred. OSHA Safety training certification is advantageous.
